The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet: Lose weight fast and reprogramme your body by Michael Mosley

I used this diet after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes at the weight of 112 Kg. I started to lose weight almost immediately and after about 8 months I was down to 90Kg, which is still overweight but enough to make my doctor classify me as “Not Diabetic”! I won’t say it was easy to follow since it does mean not eating in the same way as I had been used to and it was very helpful to have a partner who assisted me and kept me on the straight and narrow.
